Brussels is the capital city of Europe and is home of the European Union and is a thriving multi lingual and multicultural trade centre.

It is a small and compact city which is not the first place that you would think of for major attractions. When you explore Brussels you'll realise that there is more to this city than you first thought. The city is renowned for its fantastic chocolate, and also its famous grand statue of a boy urinating, called Manneken-Pis.

The city’s central focus is a tremendous and very grand square, the Grand-Place, which is surrounded by guilded buildings. The main bars and restaurants are all contained within the cities 14th century city walls and cobbled streets.

Areas to visit are the all new EU quarter full of glamour and glitz and for some arts, culture and excellent shopping visit the areas of Gilles and Ixelles which boast some incredible art Nouveau architecture.
